Allow us to introduce one of our newest offerings on the farm- “Art & Animals!”. It will take many different forms over the coming months stay tuned!
We are kicking off this new series with an exciting collaboration with Hanover’s well loved “The Pottery Playce”!
On Saturday, April 3oth, book a time and come pick a piece of pottery to paint outside on the farm! Maybe your little ones want to make a special gift for Mother’s Day or an upcoming birthday! Perhaps you and your friends are just craving some fresh air and a fun project, in a unique setting! This one is open to all ages (parental supervision required).
All projects will be left with us at the farm, finished by The Pottery Playce and ready for pickup here at the farm by Saturday, May 7th- just in time for Mother’s Day!
Within the hour and a half, not only will you create a wonderful keepsake, but you will have plenty of time to browse the farm and feed some of the animals!
This memorable activity can be enjoyed by all ages (with parental involvement & supervision)!
Pottery is not just for kids! Anyone can sign up and have a fun time on the farm with art & animals!

Please note: admission for this event is per person/piece of finished pottery (1 supervising adult per registered child is permitted). Any additional adults or non-pottery painting visitors must be added to your order here. Pottery piece selection can take place in advance after you reserve your spot via email, or on-site / day- of with first come, first serve style inventory. Farm visit not included during pick-up on 5/7.

Description
This is an “at your own pace” offering and does not require you to stay with other registered participants. We will have different picnic tables located around the farm where you can take your piece of pottery to paint at your own leisure. Please be sure to budget your time so you are able to enjoy the animals and complete your project within the session 🙂
In the event of inclement weather we will discuss your options to re-schedule. You have up to 10 days prior to the day of the event to cancel for a refund, after which point we can only reimburse if your spot is filled.
We will let you know when your pottery is finished and will send pick-up instructions via email.
Notes on our farm at this time of year: We may not have our portable restroom on site for the season yet. Due to the time of year, please anticipate wet spots / mud. Wear clothing you expect to get dirty and/or exposed to paint. Please leave all paint brushes and supplies at the specified painting spots. Do not feed the animals any food unless we have supplied it. This is not a drop-off program, all children are expected to be supervised by a parent/guardian.
You may bring a peanut-free snack to enjoy during your visit. The country store will be open for shopping.
