Serve our Garden Vegetable Medley Soup with a sandwich, salad or as an appetizer. Recently on a chilly evening, I baked a tray of our country corn bread and served it with the Garden Vegetable Medley soup. My son is a vegetarian so I decided to use vegetable broth for the liquid, although it is also delicious just using water. Earlier I had boiled a few chicken breasts and had shredded the meat so for anyone that preferred to have it with chicken added, I had it to offer. It was a delicious, quick, ‘home made’ meal and everyone loved it!
