Ingredients:
- family pack of chicken wings (3+ pounds)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic- pressed
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root
- 1/4 tablespoon of dry mustard
- A splash of molasses
- 3 tablespoons of honey
1/4 c Dalby Farm Orange Marmalade
Mix all ingredients and pour over the wings. Marinade overnight, turning occasionally. Bake in a single layer at 350 degrees F. for one hour, on a cookie sheet and then turn having skin side down, bake another 1/2 hour.
Flip over and baste with a new mixture but add 1/4 cup of Dalby Farm Marmalade and whisk together.
Continue to cook until caramelized.
