Artichoke Antipasto Dip

8 oz. of Dalby Farm Artichoke Antipasto
4 oz. Cream Cheese
4 oz. Sour Cream
Mix all together. Refrigerate for a few hours for the ingredients to marry. Serve with Italian bread, crackers, garlic rounds or stuff in baked Fillo Shells.


‘Layers of Love’ Cake Recipe

Try this Layers of Love Cake recipe. It is  the perfect cake for any special occasion!


  • 1 box of vanilla flavored cake mix
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 8oz.  softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 8 oz. tub of  Cool Whip
  • Toasted coconut
  • Dalby Farm Triple Crown preserves**

Make cake, as directed on box but bake it in a bundt cake pan. When cool, cut into 3 equal sized layers. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in whipped topping and sour cream. Spread 1/3 of cream cheese mix on first layer, then spoon on a thin layer of preserves. Add next layer and repeat. Spread remaining topping over entire cake. Cover with toasted coconut. Chill before serving; serves 12. **Made of cherries, strawberries and raspberries.

Orange Teriyaki Chicken Wings

  • family pack of chicken wings (3+ pounds)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic- pressed
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root
  • 1/4 tablespoon of dry mustard
  • A splash of molasses
  • 3 tablespoons of honey

1/4 c Dalby Farm Orange Marmalade

Mix all ingredients and pour over the wings. Marinade overnight, turning occasionally.  Bake in a single layer at 350 degrees F.  for one hour, on a cookie sheet and then turn having skin side down, bake another 1/2 hour.

Flip over and baste with a new mixture but add 1/4 cup of Dalby Farm Marmalade and whisk together.
Continue to cook until caramelized.
