We understand shipping can be an expensive element to online shopping and it’s only getting worse! We can’t yet compete with the big box stores and their free shipping but we are definitely a more unique option, here with a purpose to help rare farm breeds and our beautiful environment! Refer to our shipping rates below to make sure you get the most for your money.

Remember, if you are local (South Shore, MA) – you can select local pickup and save on shipping. You must fill out the calculate shipping box on the CART page to activate local pickup.
After you have entered your local shipping information, if you do not see that as an option during checkout, please contact us via phone 781-545-4952 or email.
We gladly ship to multiple addresses. Delivery charges are based on each shipping address. Please figure each destination separately and be sure to check all addresses carefully. Dalby Farm Country Store guarantees delivery only to the addresses we are provided with. All in-stock orders ship within 48 hours via UPS or the USPS and will arrive in 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including “Free Shipping” items. Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
*Customers living in Alaska or Hawaii should contact us for shipping rates. We are sorry but we are not able to ship to foreign countries at this time… However please do submit an inquiry if you’re in Canada- we may be able to make something work 🙂
Current item prices and delivery charges override all previous ones; in addition, availablity and prices are subject to change. If any item in a gift basket is not available, Dalby Farm Country Store reserves the right to substitute the product with another item of equal or greater value.
You may return ‘General Store’ items if not completely satisfied within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We are sorry but we cannot accept any return on any consumable such as food, soaps, lotions or pet treats. For general merchandise, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to credit any return that you might have through either a merchandise credit or replacement. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
If there is any damage during shipping on any product that you ordered, however, contact us right away, within 48 hours of receipt. For insurance purposes, we will need a photo of the damaged item sent to us, via e-mail, and we will ship out a replacement to you at no charge.
