SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES!

We understand shipping can be an expensive element of online shopping and it’s only getting worse! We can’t yet compete with the big box stores and their free shipping but we are definitely a more unique option, here with a purpose to help rare farm breeds and our beautiful environment!

Remember, if you are local (South Shore, MA) – you can select local pickup and save on shipping. When your order is complete, we will contact you and it will be waiting for pick up at the farm (instructions are on your receipt as far as location etc).

Delivery Information:

We gladly ship to multiple addresses. Delivery charges are based on each shipping address. Please figure out each destination separately and be sure to check all addresses carefully. Dalby Farm Country Store guarantees delivery only to the addresses we are provided with. All in-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours via USPS and will arrive in 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise. Please note, large orders may require multiple boxes so as a result, some of the items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

We are sorry but we are not able to ship to foreign countries at this time… However please do submit an inquiry if you’re in Canada- we may be able to make something work

Return Policy:

You may return ‘General Store’ items if not completely satisfied within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We are sorry but we cannot accept any return on any consumables such as food, soaps, lotions, or pet treats. For general merchandise, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to credit any return that you might have through either a merchandise credit or replacement.  Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

If there is any damage during shipping on any product that you ordered, however, contact us right away, within 48 hours of receipt. For insurance purposes, we will need a photos of the damaged item(s) sent to us, via e-mail, and we will ship out a replacement to you at no charge.
